1. Called to Order at 7:04 PM. Present: Jeff C, Greg A, Jon N, Mike Malmo (TBCA), Casey C, Joe C, Sarah O
2. Minutes approved from October (Jon N, Jeff C).
3. Presidents Report: Lake augmentation pump was reinstalled after 14 months. No update on the Upper Straits augmentation well lawsuit. Waiting to hear from Bay Pointe. Looking for an update from our Goose committee. Jeff will send letter to the properties that we filed liens on to offer them payoffs equal to double their principal plus $100.
4. Vice President: Jon will look at getting hats and hockey jerseys using Jeff’s embroidery contact. Will have for winter party.
5. Secretary Report: No report.
6. Treasurers Report: Went over report.
7. Standing Committee reports
   
   a. Social – Euchre tournament at CEBIA on Jan 20 th . CEBIA is allowing us to use their clubhouse at no charge. Winter party on Feb 3 at Twin Beach, Lynn to check to see if they will actively participate this year. Looking at a March date for bowling fundraiser. Casey will look into the burgee (boat flag) fundraiser that they do on White Lake. She also brought up a poker run and hillbilly merry go-round if we have enough ice.
   b. Water Quality – No report
   c. Ecology/Biology – Shiners were stocked.
   d. Lake Safety – No problems to report.
   e. Public Relations – No report.
   f. Government Relations – No report.
   g. Associations – Stoney Beach had their fall clean-up. CEBIA hosted a Halloween haunted house and is looking to expand it next year.
